Welcome back to the 2022-2023 school year.

 

We are very excited to announce the Clovis Unified Raptor Volunteer process.  All volunteers on campus will complete the Volunteer Application Form online.  A TB RISK ASSESSMENT will need to be completed and attached to the online form.  If you do not have a TB RISK ASSESSMENT, please call the Mickey Cox office at 327-6400 and schedule an appointment to complete a risk assessment with the school nurse.

The following documents are required in order to volunteer within Clovis Unified School District. Please visit the Parent Volunteer section of the Districts website for more information or to locate the TB Risk Assessment form.  If you do not have the risk assessment available for upload at the time, please complete the form and provide to the school site selected on the application as soon as possible following your submission.
